Is it normal for a 14 year old boy to grow no muscle during puberty, I'm the only guy that doesn't have any Muscles...

Muscle comes 2 different ways. Through genetics, and through working out. Some people get muscle without working out at all and some have to earn it by hard work. Don't judge your appearance from others because everyone is different. If you want muscle you have to break down the muscle you have now so it can repair to stronger muscle.

Just because you go through puberty doesn't mean you just gain muscles. You have to work out to build them up.

Like others have said you need to workout to build muscle. Also you're only 14, you still have plenty of time

Some people are lucky being genetically well built and some have to work really hard to gain muscles.I had to work out a lot to get decent muscles in my arms.

IMO if u are kinda chunky as a kid u get muscles during puberty...If u are a skinny kid like me u either remain skinny or fill out with fat...:-(

I got no muslces during my puberty. Instead I developed a pair of boobies on my flat chest, 24" waist rounded to 35" and its now getting a small soft tummy roll. My flat bum got rounded to a big "bubble butt" ( the only upside of my puberty). Also my stick like thighs got chunky too....But this is all fat and no muslce..my thighs and bum is softer than my GFs!!!!
Its all down to ones genes mostly but exercises and food matter too.

Testosterone is an anabolic steroid and when the level of testosterone goes up at puberty this does cause you to gain muscle even without doing anything to make it happen. This increase in muscle mass does tend to lag behind skeleton growth, though.

There is also a limit to the effect. Someone who relies just on this won't be so obviously muscular as someone who does strength training exercises.

Is there a reason that having big muscles is so important to you?

As you go through puberty your limbs (just like the rest of your body) will get bigger so it will seem like you have bigger muscles.

I would suggest working to get a girl. For example, im jacked and girls ask me all the time for me to be their huge boyfriend

You have work to gain muscles. High protein diet and work will help you gain muscles.

Yeh if you want defined muscles you're gonna have to work for it, they won't just appear.I only broadened in the shoulders and grew taller.
