Hey I'm 16 and have a quite a tight foreskin . It doesn't hurt or anything but its just annoying how all my friends come back and mines stuck. When erect I can see the head and pee hole but it's been getting wider since about last month. Is this phimosis or something? I need it to come back I want to feel it for the first time

I had same problem. Mum took me to the dr. I ended up needing to be circumcised. Wasn't happy at the time but tbh it's not that bad and at least my dick works ok now

It kinda sounds like it, I have heard of people having this and there r many ways to fix it, I think there is this special lotion to stretch it out but I doubt it's so bad that u need to be circumcised

Mine was like that for a while. I tried a special cream for a while, but it only helped a little. I ended up having to get cut, but it wasn't so bad and works just fine now

It sounds like you have Phimosis, and it is really not a big deal in most cases. Talk to your parents, and see a doctor who can prescribe you a medicated cream that can loosen your foreskin. Most of the time that will solve your problem, and you should be good. By now your foreskin should have retracted, and a doctor can solve your problem in no time.

Interesting I saw a chap in a porn video whose forekin hardly went back at all even when completely hard. It didn't seem to cause him any distress and it did move far enough to leave the hole in the end of the glans unobstructed.

The NHS Choices article on phimosis (http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/phimosis/Pages/Introduction.aspx) seems to agree with this - that phimosis only needs to be treated if it is causing balanitis or balanoposthitis (inflamation possibly due to infection).

On the other hand if you simply want to be able to retract it there is no harm in asking your doctor for help with that. As a result of that visit you would then probably be trying exercises and/or steroid cream and if that works then great. If that doesn't work and the doctor says the only way to get the foreskin off the head is circumcision then you have a choice - essentially to have the head always covered, or always uncovered and you can make the choice. The doctor should not railroad you into a circumcision as, as I mentioned above, the NHS does not regard this as something that must be treated at all costs but only if it causes other problems.

Hermes has a good point. If it's not painful, it's probably okay. And at any time in life, if it gets painful, you can always treat it then.

That said, doctors often prescribe a cream and daily stretching. If that fixes the issue, then you have lost nothing, so why not try?

If it doesn't hurt or anything, think whether you really want to do something about it. The foreskin has lots of pleasure nerves in it, and they will be gone if you circumcise. Is it more important for you to be able to retract, or it is more important for you to have more intense orgasms?

My foreskin was really tight until I was 14, I just pulled it back in the shower every day a little bit more, and now I'm fine. There's also a stretch cream. Circumcision is not entirely necessary if you don't want it

Maybe you need to go see a doctor, he can give you some exercices to do or some cream to loosen the skin. If it doesnt work you will need to get cut

Get a doctor to check it out, I think my foreskins tight but I don't want it off so I just pull it back allot to make sure it doesn't get tight againa! If I don't pull it back often enough them it gets tight again! Which is annoying!x

pull back when its soft i can pull easier when its soft when its hard it can get stuck and hurt but it will go back
