Reading the comments above I think some guys overestimate the amount of engery needed to j/o. It isn't going to the new method of keeping slim whilst eating like a pig.

Being sexually aroused does make you sweat more, though, and obviously when you start some action, including j/o, that is going to make you sweat even more. If, added to that, it is summer and hot in the room you can lose quite a bit of water.

The obvious thing to do if you get thirsty is to drink. Water is best but if you don't like that stay away from drinks ladled with sugar or high-fructose corn syrup as these can make you thirsty again a short while afterwards.

If drinking does satisfy your thirst, no matter what caused it initially, then I don't think you have anything to worry about. If no amount of drinking satisfies your thirst then get to the doctor and get checked for diabetes.
