The OSTs that come to my mind are RollerCoaster Tycoon, SimCity 3000, and the SSB games lol

From RollerCoaster Tycoon, my favorite would probably be the merry-go-round song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CVvS61sQyL8) :P
From SimCity 3000, there's really only this one song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6d1CdRhwmI) that I really like which is probably why it came to my mind lol
Lastly, from SSB, I couldn't really choose which SSB game's soundtrack I liked the most, but my favorite song from all the songs that have been made for Smash is definitely the Animal Crossing: City Folk theme song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3nobz3a_DQ) :)

Hotline Miami 1 & 2 both have some of my all-time favourite techno songs. The variety of themes used in the soundtracks is incredible.

i.e.

Metal Gear Solid soundtrack is fucking perfect. Then I like the radio songs of fallout 3 and new Vegas. They introduced me to more classical music and I love it. Then I love the morrowind, oblivion and skyrim OSTs. Some of the instrumentals are so damn beautiful. Especially the main morrowind theme.

All GTAs apparently have awesome soundtracks but my fav game OST is Braid I think.

Skyrim has a decent soundtrack, GTA V is pretty awesome, and Far Cry 3 is good.
But by far the best for me is the Halo series. The Halo soundtracks (Bungie only - not past Reach :() can bring out so many emotions in me. Halo 3: ODST is probably my favourite.

i highly enjoyed the remastered versions of the DS game "kirby superstar ultra" and the originals. also the ARMA 3 tracks were good.

I love the music from the 4th generation Pokemon games!
I also like the music used in Mad Father, Ib, and The Witch's House, though I believe a lot of that is just from those free use websites. (I know Awakening and Spool of Thread Puppet Show are originals.)
The Legend of Zelda series also has a lot of nice music.

OSTs? Original soundtracks?
The radio songs from Fallout/Mafia are not OST's, since they've been used many times outside these games(before these games were released). They are the exact opposite of original soundtracks.
They would've been OST's if they were never heard before the release of these games.

I know, but it has come to my attention that a lot of youtube uploaders write "OST" when uploading songs that were heard IG, so I didn't want to confuse anyone and just wrote "OST's".

I'm gonna be the only one to say this... but probably Mario Kart Double Dash for the GameCube. I loved the soundtrack for almost every track on that game, especially the beach levels.
