Bulimic && Anorexic

I'm bulimic I try and eat i'll force myself and it sometime stays down and usually it comes up.
and If Im forced to eat something usually I won't eat for a 4 day or more .
How can I help myself? I don't want to tell my parents this they'll send me to a clinic and I really dont want to go to some clinic where they force me to eat .
Please help me.

Sometimes you have to trust other people to help you because at a certain point trying to help yourself is like denial of how bad it is.
Talk to you're parents about it you will be surprised how willing they are to help, don't lie to yourself eating disorders are serious and will end up killing you if you don't get help please do it before its too late.

I think a clinic might help you. But your right, being forced do something won't solve the problem. Just go lie down in a quiet room and think about what the damages might be. And you said your afraid your parents might send you away? Well that means they care. So while your thinking about all of it, just think of how they'd feel if something ever happened to you. I'm sure your a beautiful person and don't need to do these things to yourself.

oh i did it once and the next day i felt really bad i cant even stop eating 4 a day
