Im cut as well and i usually dont use lube simply due to the mess it makes. It really depends how tight your circumcision is. If its really really tight you'll almost need it to avoid pain. I'm not cut that tight so i dont really need lube, and when i do use it i cum in less than 5 minutes

When I first started I didn't think it could be done without lube or lotion. But I found that even if you are cut, your skin moves just enough to let your hand get the job done. Ive used lube few times when I was younger and it feels awesome. I would alwys come quicker though. Now because I have gotten better at jacking (practice makes perfect LOL), I dont use lube at all.

There is a way that I can use my whole fist and just apply the right amount of pressure and squeeze harder and less when I need to. I find tht I last longer. There is also no sticky lube to clean up but i usually have a ton of cum to clean up becuse the orgasm is really intense.

Im cut too (dont know if that makes a difference). I find that lube is great if Im getting a handjob becasue even if the person sucks at hjs, the lube almost always helps and feels way better.

Im sure there are people on here who can give some advice on techniques or some online resources for more info.

Using lube, everything is the same as without. For some of us, it makes us last longer, so we like it. For others, as you can tell from this thread, it makes them cum faster, so they don't like it. Everybody is different.

DO NOT use vaseline or any kind of soap (except to wash of course). Worst thing ever for the skin in a sensitive area, dries the skin out. You can actually buy lube at any drug store and probably at the grocery store. I haven't ever bought it, but I don't think it would cost very much.
