feel free to call me out for being emo trash, but they used to be my absolute FAVORITE band when i was younger and recently i started really getting into them again after cemetery drive happened to pop up on my spotify and i remembered how goddamn good they were.

so what's your favorite song? favorite album? favorite 'era'? favorite member? ANYTHING. i just feel like geeking out with like-minded people and swimming in the nostalgia. c:

I like My Chemical Romance too!! Although I'm sure there are others who are much bigger fans than me lol. The only album I own by them is May Death Never Stop You, and I only really started listening to them around my high school sophomore or junior years (like 3 years ago lol) and, when I looked into them, I discovered that they had already broken up.
I think the first song I ever heard from them was I'm Not Okay (I Promise) back in like 8th grade. If it wasn't that one though, then it was maybe Black Parade lol--one of those two :P
I think, if I had to choose a favorite song, I would probably choose Mama. :D I remember the first time I heard it I instantly made a connection with it because we had been studying World War I in one of my classes and had read letters from soldiers fighting and I could definitely imagine a soldier saying what Mama says. :P
