Technically, no one can really answer that unless they had a complete 100% sex change. I as a guy know what it's like, but I have no idea if it is the same as a girl. And vise versa

How would anyone know? I think everyone feels things differently, just like we taste things differently. No two boys feel exactly the same thing, even. How could anyone possibly compare two things that are impossible to experience?

Even bio boys that have trans surgery, its not the same as for bio girls. The nerves and sensations are the same ones she was born with.

It's probably similar, they are both sensitive parts of our genitalia and both serve the same purpose... :D

Probably the same, though a clit would be more sensitive as it doesn't get anywhere near as much stimulation as a penis.

Obviously like others have said, nobody can really be entirely sure but as someone who has had experiences with both genders I think the sensitivity levels seem to be pretty similar.

As people have said no-one knows for sure but given that these are equivalent organs (homologues), that stimulation of the penis head is the primary way a guy gets to orgasm and stimulation of the clitoris is the most reliable way for a girl to get to orgasm, I would guess the feelings are somewhat similar.
