So when I masturbate it usually takes me about an hour or two until I climax. I am a male who is currently 17, going on 18 years of age and I've masturbate almost daily for 5~ years. I've had this happen to me before where in the middle of masturbation I would feel my ejaculation reaching, but without notice and without stopping the jerking I just lose the feeling of ejaculation and it feels like I am just starting to masturbate again. I don't lose my erection or precum or anything. This usually happens once or twice when I masturbate and it takes me an hour to finally ejaculate. The only time this doesn't happen is if I feel an orgasm coming and I just start jerking really really hard and fast, which would take me 20 minutes to ejaculate. But this leaves me sore and tired. Same thing happens during sex. When I have sex with my girlfriend I go for an hour or so and I just have to stop because I don't feel anything.

Side note: When I masturbate I can get fully hard easily. When I am with my girlfriend it's random whether I get fully hard or just semi-hard.

I think that's a very long to be masturbating. The only advise I can give is to do it fast and hard hecause it is very time consuming.

I agree, this could be a sign of multiple problems. It could indicate depression, stress or many other things. Go to see the doctor, ask to see a male one and just tell him your problems. He will help you.

This could be lots of things. The question twin asked about meds is valid. If you're not on meds, I'd be seeing a doctor real soon.

not to beat the dead horse, but I would see a doctor. I would see a doctor even if you are taking meds, unless the doctor specifically said that would be one of the issues

well anxiety problems can definitely be a part of it, but, the medicine may not be doing what it is supposed to or having the unwanted effect during sex

That could be it. I take citalopram an antidepressant and it has had similar effects at first. I found out by looking it up that it's used to treat guys that can't last long. Before taking it I could normal jo in 10 mins but when I started taking the meds it took me about an hour. Not fun at all. Talk to your Dr about the meds.
