What's up everyone. So, ever since I was young I've been overweight, but last year I decided to take a stand and lose weight and live a healthy life. I lost 80 pounds. I am currently 6 foot 1 and a half inch. My problem is, I don't know where I want to go and I've become very insecure. I can't even be happy without thinking about my weight. I was 142.5 last time I weighed myself, but I've been on vacation for the past 3 days and I've eaten ALOT. So I estimate now I'm around 145. I'd love to be 139. I'm just very insecure now and looking for guidance. I can't tell if I'm big or thin whenever I look in the mirror

Honestly you're really thin for you're height so I wouldn't recommend loosing any weight, I'd suggest to gain some muscle mass though. Don't be insecure you're fine the way you are, your weight does not define you and trust me your insecurities will seem so small in a few years.

Congrats man. I agree with the poster above. I'm your height and weigh around 150 and have always been very thin. I think you're fine. But I can see where you're coming from and why it would be disconcerting.

Everyone is their own worst critic but you lost a lot of weight and that is a hard thing to accomplish. Congrats on that most important thing is to be happy in your own skin
