How far should foreskin go back?

When hard it just goes being the head when soft mine goes back likes over half way past the head

Im exactly the same but everyones diffrent so you may experience somthing diffrent but stull within normal relms so dont worry.

everyone is different mine went right down but due to medical had to go 4 months later all good happy better than before

Mine covers the head when soft, and still covers the corona and a little of the head when hard. But I can pull it all the way back, clear down the shaft, soft or hard.

Until there's tugging on your frenulum, that's how far it should go.

When soft I can pull mine most of the way back but when hard I can only pull it back below the head

Yes, fully down.
And since my frenulum is cut no wrinkles or anything when my foreskin is fully retracted.

Well no cause usually the head is the most sensitive part of the penis so the more covered it is the better.

When I'm soft I can pull it back all the way but when I'm hard I can only pull it back to the end of the head
