Could you talk to your parents? Grandparents maybe?
If you need to, you could always call a free anonymous depression hotline with people who you can trust. I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through these tough times. I hope it gets better soon.

I sometimes when troubled by a problem I have talk to my paster. Do you have a paster or priest that you can confide your feeling to?

Unlucky perhaps try talking to someone? I'm always here to chat if you would like.
something that makes me feel good when I feel like nothing can is running, the adrenaline and endorphins of it make me feel good. But listening to loud music and dancing by yourself works too.
I think the main thing is trying to get the feeling out of your system. and even if it's temporary, well I guess a distraction is suppose to be temporary. But a lot of times, you will feel better than you did before.

I think a lot of us have days like that, sometimes weeks like that. When that happens to me, I have no energy or motivation to help myself. I just lay there, don't get up unless I have to, don't exercise, don't go out.....
The fact that you know you need help is an awesome thing! A hotline might be the answer. But in most places, you can also go to the doctor, at least to the county/government clinic, free when you are depressed. And at least in California, there is no minimum age, so you don't have to have a parent with you. Perhaps its like that in Canada, too, I don't know.
I hope things get better, really soon.
