No, you should be able to do that now. You can edit your avatar here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/profile.php?do=editavatar) and your profile picture here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/profile.php?do=editprofilepic). Just be sure that your pictures abide by site rules and size limits. :)

You're welcome WorldOfFun. It may be because your image is too big - have you looked into that?

if it is too big, there are a number of sites which will help you resize the photo for free. I know I ran into that problem
