I got angry. Sat on the stairs. David (stepdad ) kept shouting at me to move. He then trod on my leg. He came back down. Shouted at me and grabbed me by the neck. I kicked him to just get hIm off me and now Im being blamed for pretendin .bdg to be hurt and crocodile tears

I don't know what to do.

If your step dad is physically assaulting you, you need to tell someone about it as this is not okay.
Have you spoken to anyone about this, and is it a common occurrence? Definitely talk through it with your mom though.

Despite his actions being wrong, there are also ways that you could possibly improve your relationship with him. Maybe you could try and compromise and give him some space. Whether or not you're cooperating with his wishes still does not give him any right to confront you in a physical way.

Skittle is right. You need to tell someone. Maybe you should tell him that you don't like it.

Grabbing you by the neck, I think is too far. Life changing injuries can be caused by damage to the neck. Tell your parents about it, you can't let it continue. It will likely only get worse.
