There is probably an article out there on the Internet written by somebody who hasn't had an orgasm, but I seriously doubt you will manage to find an answer here on this site. Even if somebody hasn't masturbated or had sex, it's extremely likely that the vast, vast majority of both guys and girls have experienced an orgasm during a wet dream.
