I guess it is meant to be this way.
The only difference is that in some boys one testicle hangs way lower than the other and in some boys only a little.

Yep. Like almost all guys, my left one hangs lower, and the left one is slightly bigger. When I first discovered it was bigger (a year ago maybe) I thought something was wrong... there was a huge size difference at that time. Now the size difference is only a little bit.

yer i do and it is perfectly normal, as for instance if you go running you dont want your balls to constantly bang into each other, so therefore your body natually and automatically count for this and thats why one ball will be lower than the other. :D
