Hi people, I've not been on here for quiet a while, but I just need some advice right now.

I'm going to a dance course with friends, and we meet up every Saturday. Some time ago I met a great girl, we exchanged numbers and were dance partners for a while. After a certain time I had a crush on her, and we chatted regularily. At the start she was still very interested, asked me questions and had Smalltalk. When I asked her out she said she did not have time on that day, but gave a (in my opinion) valid reason. Still after some time the chats became less frequent, and It seems like she lost interest. It might be because I am (slightly?) bad at smalltalk, and on general our conversations revolved around "how are you?" and such questions. Nowadays we do not talk anymore, and I do not see her often. Still I have a crush on her, and am wondering whether I can still change something. I'd like it if you people could share your opinion. Thanks :).

Unfortunately if she's not interested then there isn't much you can do to change her mind. If I were you I would start moving on. There are plenty of fish in the sea and life is too short to be waiting around for people to change their minds. Best of luck to you.

I think the proper word here is spontaneous, relationships usually won't appear out of small talk to hold them up alone. If you really still do like her, it wouldn't hurt to ask her out again. The more you stay dormant and do nothing the more likely it is she will moved on (Assuming she is also mutual about it in the first place). If it doesn't work out then at least you won't have regrets at the end, like if you had just let the feelings go cold and stale from not acting upon it. Good luck with everything Devillain

^^^This is good advice.
As hard as it may seem, moving on is sometimes the best way to go in these situations. Maybe she has lost interest, maybe she wants to speak to you fully but is scared: the only way you can find out is to ask her.
Every relationship is built on communication and honesty, so ask the question you were afraid to ask and don't hold back on whatever it is you have in mind.
Just be honest with people, and speak about what you really have on your mind.
However, I would suggest that right now it is time to move on.
Good luck, and I hope that all goes well.

Yup, move on. She lost interest like you said, and that will be near impossible to gain back unless you change who you are entirely. Some people just aren't compatible with you, no matter how well you get on though.

Take care,
