Can anyone tell me how the heck you measure the girth of your penis ?

I've never done it but what shore98 said sounds about right.

I used a flexible tape measure to measure mine. I measured right around the middle of my shaft.

Tape measure around your penis should do the trick.

You measure it in three places with a tape measure like they use in tailoring:
1) around the base of your penis
2) around the middle of the shaft
3) around the head
I think its just averages from there
