Why is puberty so rapid and surprising???...I mean...Its lyk 2 y ago I was super skinny, sporty and fit..filled out a bit..."dieted" a bit...gave it up....then suddenly I balooned from 48 to 66 kilos...waist from 26 to 36....and turned into this chunky, nerdy fellow who huffs and puffs around.....I'm not fat but horribly "skinny-fat"

Its really embarrassing whn ppl see me after some time...
