Sorry if this is TMI, but I just wanted to see if anyone here might have some advice as to what I could be suffering from. For the past, maybe 3 days, the top of my buttcrack has been hurting really bad. Sitting in hard chairs for the most part are what really hurts. The two things that I was thinking that I had was some sort of yeast infection on the top part. Maybe got that because I was sitting differently than normal and my back got sweaty because it was hot? It seemed like that might have been the case for awhile, because I did wipe toilet paper on it and a yellowish not sure what to call it appeared. That has since long gone, but I am still left with the pain. The other thing that I was thinking, was a pilonidal cyst, because it is in the right area. I dont think it is one though because there is not leakage or pus coming from there, just pain when sitting. Sorry for the wall of text, I just am not sure and was hoping somebody might know.

Dude. Go to the doctor. Pilonidal cysts show up in the late teens, and the pain might come and go, and the pus might come and go. But if that is what it is, you need treatment. Of course, you can't see it, so how would you know for sure what it is? Maybe ask your parent? Or your GF or BF to take a look? Doctors are easier... you don't see them every day, and they see every part of lots of peoples bodies. Nothing surprises them. But the fact that this has pus means some kind of infection, so go to the doctor.

Ah maybe I type wrong, it doesn't have any pus which is what I was confused about. if it had pus I would see one immediately rather than asking here.
