So story of the day. I went cycling as usual and arrived at the village close by. There's a kid that has been irking me for a while, just out of the blue. He's one of those kinky kids that feel superior, no matter what. He might be around 14 years old or something so I had always let it slide, I'm not one to go name calling or punching just because. There's also another slightly younger kid who's a smart-ass but whenever he says something and I stop to reply for 2 minutes I have to leave because i'm defaming him a little much lol. So today these 2 guys were together, they called my name as I was passing by, and then proceeded to throw a stone the size of a fist towards my bike. I was going fast, but it still hit me pretty hard. I just kept going, planned to turn around but it wasn't worth it really. I don't want to have to punch them and have their parents after me anyways. It's funny how I go around being the good guy, and I get this kind of responses, but I tell you these two bitches will be hearing from me very very soon. Will take my carbon fiber first protection gloves, and I tell you they don't want to make me use them. I'll try to look for their parents and politely ask them to just ever so slightly "train" these damn monkeys they have as sons to behave like people. I really don't want to punch anybody, because I don't want any sort of trouble, and the village also has some cool kids and guys that make it fun to cycle on, but if I am ever attacked in any physical, up close way, he's going to eat the fucking carbon fiber.

Damage: Well my knee is slightly swollen and took a hit, but my bike took the worst as the stone bounced off my knee. Scratched frame in 2 spots.

Holy shit. That sucks.
I hate little assholes like that, people who just fuck with people. I know a dude who got on house arrest for dropping basketball-sized rocks off of an overpass. But I digress, looks like it could have been worse. Glad you're okay.

Keep a Go-Pro camera on you, use it as evidence, and then if they continue to do that sort of stuff.

Hit them will a lawsuit, they'll be tried as juveniles but the experience might scare them and their parents enough, and you might just get some restitution from FUTURE property damage.

You'll have to eat this event, in a innocent until proven guilty legal system. Go see a doctor and get it x-rayed to make sure no bones fractured or splintered.

Even better post that stuff to youtube and see if it gathers support for an anti-youth pranking/harassment campaign.

Youth need to understand not all jokes are equal. To them this is just a joke, and perhaps they're this way because they're expressing or venting stress from an abusive or even just a uber strict home (physically or emotionally).

I had friend who came from repressive homes and he was always had behavior qualities of wanting to push boundaries partly because psychologically he was so suppressed at home.

I also had another friend, a girl, who had a bad habit of digging into other people's makeup when she was at other people's houses as a kid, and she was also coming from control freak parents.

Immaturity is highly contagious, I think it's a good idea to talk to those little brats' parents to straighten this out, because they've performed physical assault towards you.

It's funny how I didn't take the GoPro today, it was fully charged, but the SD was upstairs and just didn't. Quite a coincidence, but there's nothing I can do now I guess.

Exactly. I don't mind being namecalled, doesn't affect me at all, but don't hit me, because I don't want to have to punch somebody for the first time ever.

I don't think so, but I doubt they'll make me fight them anyways, and I'm not in the mood for it really

You never want to fight them anyway. Disable them enough to get to safety but you'd have to prove self defense in a court of law and with them being young juries and their lawyers will have bias against you.

I'm recording every second so I won't have to prove anything. Worst thing I'll have to do is hit them once and not that hard for them to get scared, and anyways, the situation was sort of fixed yesterday. My dad's cousin went to speak to them and told them next time they do it, apart from getting hit they're going to the cops and they shut up and said nothing, so yeah. I'm still waiting and ready for whatever has to happen but it's highly unlikely I'll have to use force anyways

That's it? You didn't ask for money to cover a doctor's visit?

Nope, because first off I don't need it, I've gotten worse bruises while working on my house or whatever, and second, medical care is free here anyways.

Update from yesterday:

I decided to record what went on as it'd be a little too long to type. You can listen to it here:

And The video which I mention:

it's just their idea of bad joke. these are like the kid rednecks sort of, but I found it pretty funny how he was so determined to go after me lol. Whatever, they've been told what not to do, and I'm ready to remind them again whenever necessary, so I hope everything will be back to normal. I don't know if they're being nice again, but at least when they called me after the speech they didn't seem upset like before. We'll see.

Oh well then...yeah it's not free where I am.

So that's a big factor in letting things live-let-live, versus balls-to-the-wall court lawsuits of domination.
