Yes you definitely get orgasms from masturbating...:) as for only getting pre cum... well it was 5 months ago, maybe your memory is foggy, or maybe your body is producing it slowly or something.. But eventually you will get full orgasm with alot of ejaculation... Just wait your still in puberty

Yes you can tell when an orgasm is cumming (excuse the pun :)) because usually your masturbating/having sex and... you just feel it lol, like muscles tense and... its an orgasm. Sorry i dont know much about mechanics... but you feel the semen coming and abdomen muscles tensing.

Ya it varies a lot i believe... Like for me in the shower it takes like 15 min, then in my comfy bed like 2-5 min... and others its opposite, or much longer or much shorter time periods :) thx :)

Some people use lube, some don't; it all depends on personal preference. I tried it but it actually ended up chafing more than NOT using it so I go dry from now on; whether you use it or not you'll still have an orgasm if you know what you're doing.

As for the best lube at home, FORGET SHAMPOO, as well as soaps and conditioners. These things may feel good in the beginning but if ANY of it gets inside your urethra (penis hole) it will BURN and it will HURT. I would suggest Vaseline or Baby Oil and skin lotion though; they don't have any of those painful side-effects.
