Well, the thing is, I know what job I want: I want to be a Game Writer, and my long term goal is working at BioWare, and maybe even opening my own company, but my biggest issue right now is that I don't know where I should go after high school.
There is no course for game writing. I've searched about Creative Writing, but it doesn't seem to be worth it, as most people say that it is better for those who want to write, but have a problem with it. I already write, and everyone told me that I am good at it. Most of my stories were in portuguese, but I wrote one in english (sadly I deleted most of the files, thinking I had a copy :'( I'm going to write it again in my vacations) and a American friend of mine liked it, though I still need more practice. Well, more practice is always good, both in english and in portuguese.
So, were should I go after high school? There is one year and a half until there, but I wanted to start 12th Grade with a clear objective in my mind. All I know is that I don't want to stay in Brazil. I want to go to Canada, therefore I need to take TOEFL. Not just that, but I also want to be sure about the college/university I will try to go to, so I can prepare.
Please, if you have any suggestion, it would be most apreciated.
Thank you for reading, I hope you have a good day.

Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern is pretty much known as one of the top writing schools in America. If that is not what you are looking for, there are plenty of great liberal arts colleges known for their strong writing educations. Some examples are Bowdoin, Pamona, Kenyon, and Knox College. Hope it helps.

I suggest you to get "Level Up!" by Scott Rogers, which talks a lot about working in the game design field. It is definitely full of interesting bits on how to design and publish, and that's probably giving you a good idea on what skills you need to succeed. You'll see that writing for a game is entirely different than writing a novel. Being good in one doesn't necessarily imply you'll be good in the other.

Regarding your written work, there is a single way to evaluate it: submit them on a forum dedicated to litterary works and their proofreading. There are several in French, so I guess it also exists in your language. Friends won't do it, because well, they are biaised. And a litterary subsection of a forum like VT won't really do it - what you need is advice from expert readers, proofreaders, and authors.

College-wise, I'm staying in Brazil to do college before going out of the country, since public colleges are free here, and in the end, at least in computing, the skills you have trump the title of graduating in X or Y college. While doing the course you choose to do, you then have the opportunity of going of going somewhere else to study, for an year, through the CsF (http://www.cienciasemfronteiras.gov.br/web/csf/graduacao), then having the opportunity to go to a country of your choosing (like Canada) and use your time getting to know the right people to employ you after you graduate. Also, after you graduate, Brazil also offers full scholarships for post-graduate studies abroad, on the terms of staying in Brazil after (but you don't need to comply to those, do you?) Plus, you can take the TOEFL for free when enrolled in a public university.

Regarding game design, I feel like it's a really risky bet of college option, and I'm pretty sure we don't have any courses directly aimed at that here either. And literature (unless you wanna be stuck being a teacher) sure is a waste of time... Why not keep it up as a hobby while doing something else as a backup plan? I remembered I youtube channel made buy game designers, you might wanna check them out (very relevant video link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQvWMdWhFCc)).
