hmm, well I'm not sure if you're into pilates or if that's more of a girl kind of think but there are tons of exercise videos on youtube that you could try to strengthen your core/general muscles with out having to go to the gym/having exercise equipment. here's one that I use it's called blogilates (http://www.blogilates.com/)

I think running/biking is great exercise. I have heard that the best exercise you can do without going to the gym or running is doing burpees.

Honestly, I spent many a month not particularly fancying the gym, thinking about ways that I could improve my strength and fitness at home. While it's all well and good to think about sit ups and push ups, it's by no means as effective as going to the gym in any way shape or form. I've been going to the gym for about three or four weeks now and I've improved about ten fold in that amount of time compared to not going and doing a few push ups here and there. You are by no means going to get fit by only doing twenty minutes of exercise. Sure, that might improve your overall health a little bit but you're aiming for fitness you should do at least an hour every day, plus eating healthy wholesome foods. Instead of thinking 'I want to be fit but don't want to do this or that', instead think 'I want to be fit and I'm going to push myself as hard as I can to get that way'. If you're not keen on the gym, it's not really all that important if you're just aiming for fitness rather than muscle, but the cardio machines will certainly assist you in your goals. But you're going to have to jog for a significantly longer amount of time than ten minutes and really work hard at it, too. As mentioned before try yoga or pilates in your spare time too, that'll help you limber up.

LOl if you don't go outside your immune system will weaken because it's not being exposed to anything and basically doesn't have to do much!

Definitely go outside, whatever you do.
But 20 minutes isnt enough, dude. not near enough. Maybe get up at 5, go running, sprint a bit, or ride your bike, be back about 545, then rest and eat, then do exercises, then shower, then sit all day.
How can you stand to just sit all day???

Hidei Ochei had a magificent body without ever lifting any weight but his own body. I myself have built tremendous aerobic ability, at various times in my life, by stairstepping in my house. All it takes is a hunk of board set flat on a rag, set on a milk crate or concrete block, and a rag atop of it. so you dont have things moving around. count the steps per minute, for 30 minutes and increase it to 40 or more per minute, every couple of days. It might take you 6 months to achieve this, and you'll have built TREMENDOUS calves.
