They're saying that they think the Chinese are doing the hacking and they're not sure why they're doing it. It seems that U.S.-China relations have been getting very tense recently. The beginning of World War III perhaps? :0

we owe China trillions of dollars, tensions of war are high on both sides. they probably been hacking us for years (and us them) and due to the magnitude of the number it is a public story. World War 3 is inevitable but what will set it off, I have no clue
