Question about people

I'm not sure if this was the right place to put it, but I wanted to know if there's anybody that can help me with this situation. I'm not going to describe it in detail, but basically I want to know if this person is avoiding/ignoring me, I'm imagining it, or if she's just so engrossed with her own life that I think she's ignoring me (a new friend that I recently met).
