I'd consider this a big win for the people's right to privacy. I'm glad the NSA and other government agencies are no longer allowed to stalk innocent Americans to the extent that they could before(they'll still stalk us). Of course, I read that there will be a six-month cooldown for the NSA until the law actually is put into full effect.

they're going to keep doing what they've always been doing, obviously. I really hope nobody's dumb enough to fall for this bit of kabuki theater. the NSA will simply step around these "reforms" - the illegality of their activities didn't stop them before - and Americans will be none the wiser.

the entertaining part is watching Congress put on a show for us, to maintain their pretense of representative democracy and all :lol3: USA FREEDOM ACT 2K15 *fireworks* *Michael Bay explosions* *bald eagle sheds tear*
