Listen...if you are planning on having sex or have already have. This is something you need to get over. There's nothing wrong with buying condoms or condoms in general. you don't have to sneak or hide them. I really don't use condoms a lot (which i don't advise) but when I do I have them on my dresser out in the open because im not ashamed of it. And my parents understand that
Now even if you plan on just jacking off of practicing putting one on, the same principles just go get from a gast station or pharmacy store, or some place like Walmart, etc....because it is more of a hassle to buy them online and get one in a box then your parents will wonder why a box is there and they more than likely will open it...then how would you buy it, because you can't use cash online.
My advice is just get the courage and be free and liberated with your condoms
(At a health clinic they usually give them out for free)
Lol sorry for the long response

Haha yeah i know the "you should be mature enough to buy them if ur gonna have sex" but just wanted fir jacking off ad its more about convience than anything. That being said where to hide them is the biggest problem my parents would flip their shit if they say.

If you get a box of them...of course you'll just need the wrappers so hide those under your bed, closet, socks, video game cases, idk get creative lol

My parents don't really care about the fact that I have sex because I'm like 17 and it's not out of the ordinary. I just put them in a tool box to the right of my bed. They're not out in the open for everyone to see, but they aren't hidden in a place so tough that it's inconvenient when I actually need one. Believe me, the last thing you want in the moments before sex is to be removing tape from the underside of an awkward part of your bed frame to get a Trojan.

Good point, you don't want to make it hard to get to when the times comes

In the country where I live it is possible to get condoms from special vending machines which are in cinemas or some supermarkets. As for hiding them from parents, it is silly, I think. If you planning to have sex or simply to experiment, it is normal to have condoms at home. I doubt that your parents will get angry if they find them.

Buy them at the self-service checkout in the supermarket.
I keep mine in a sock at the back of my sock drawer.

I suppose that you can buy them online. You can hide them under your bed; I don't think your parents will look there.

Just go to a liquor store or a regular mart. Yeah, at first it'll be awkward, but you realize there's nothing wrong plus the clerk doesn't know you
In terms of hiding, just find a place where your parents don't look and make sure it won't put too much strain on the condoms. I just put them in my closet on the top shelf
Maybe put them in a shoe box, a board game box, somewhere in a drawer
