What are some of the best exercises/workouts for:
biceps
abs
calves
quads
pecs?
I do go to the gym occassionally but not a lot so things I could do at home would be best.

Biceps = Barbell curls or e-z bar curls
abs= sit up and leg raises
calves calf raises with a barbell
quads= squats with a barbell
pecs= benchpress,dips
you for got a few so here they are:
Back= shrugs(traps/ the upper back),bent over row and chin ups (lats/ the broad of the back), deadlifts/stiff legged dead lfts( erector muscles? the lower back,hamstrings/back of thighs)
shoulders= Military press with barbell,one arm over head dumbbell presses,press behind neck
Obliques= side bends
forearms/hands= wrist curls,reverse wrist curls,zottman curls,wrsit rollers,farmers walks,pinch gripping
