I'm 17, 6.5-7 inch penis (erect) - I have to shave my upper lip fairly often and approx once per month I shave my face completely - not that I get very much anyway. Most people - myself included - won't finish the process of puberty until aged 19-21 therefore it is very possible that you aren't finish growing.

There's no specific age that you stop growing but even if you have then your penis size is that of an average man so you've nothing to worry about in that aspect. As for facial hair, you probably should start to get more even after puberty. On the other hand, you might not grow any more facial hair as there are a lot of adults who can't grow any.

It's possible that youre not done yet, but then again its possible that you are. It all depends on your genes. Some dudes cannot ever grow a full beard, while some will have a beard at 14.
