I live in a 2 story house, so when I want to jack off I usually go upstairs and leave my door open, and if I hear parents coming I just pull up my pants, and pretend like I am reading something. Something I suggest is wearing some easy to change in clothing (basket ball shorts, sweatpants, etc.) and sit near the door, listen carefully for someone to be coming up the stairs or down the hall. When someone is coming quickly pull your pants back up. It sounds difficult to do while jacking off, but once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy. If you don't feel comfortable with jacking off at first start listening at how the floor boards sound when you are doing homework or something.
