As the video stated, this seems to expose a serious electricity and resources issue in this section of India. That being said, perhaps it will be a wake up call to fill such gaps in power to reduce death rates for future events of this kind.
Very sad, though. It seems like many people have been dying quite rapidly recently. First, the Nepal earthquakes. Now, this.

Sad :(. They have a bad electricity issue in that part of India so no A/C is a major contributor to the deaths that have occurred.
