I have, over the last few weeks and months been working on a short video to promote awareness of mental health issues in young people. This morning, I finished the video and uploaded it to Vimeo:

I have had a good response from the people I know, however I want to promote the message of awareness to a much larger audience. How should I go about doing this?

I want to hear your reactions to the video, its subject, and also how I should go about spreading the word!

This is a great video, I have depression and have friends with mental health problems. This is very touching I'm writing this wanting to cry, (i hate showing emotions). I'd think you should put it up on Facebook and YouTube. It friend's to share it. Even get your school to help. :D once again great video

Yeah if it's not uploaded to youtube, put it here. Vimeo is a good site, but youtube is even better. Maybe show the video to people at school, and maybe in youth community places where you live.

This is so wonderfully made! It's great to see that we have such a person as you getting the message of the reality of depression out there. It's also great to see that we have such a talented cinematographer. :D
