Orgasming isn't something you can really control. Arousing yourself by watching porn or whatever can help, but if that doesn't work, you might invest in some toy or other method.
As far as size goes, I wouldn't worry about it. You're still at an age where you are growing and a dick that is massive when erect is not bad at all.

It's definitely possible you just haven't passed that point in puberty where you penis grows and you ejaculate, so you might be a late bloomer. This only becomes a problem towards 18-19 because you should have gone through that stage by then.
