So I'm in highschool, and I'm a guy. And there is a girl that I know well, who is in my grade as well. She goes to another school in the next town over, but we attend the same church. So I see her every morning for an early morning seminary class before school, every Wednesday evening for youth mutual activities, and every Sunday at church and in Sunday School. Also we go to a lot of the same youth parties. We're pretty good friends, and tell each other stuff, like struggles and fun stuff and we're just good friends, not best friends though. She has a lot of friends at her school that are popular, good looking, athletic guys. She has talked to me about liking some of them, but that was like 4 months ago. I'm not bad looking, and I'm popular at school, just not in the jock way. I liked her from like 2012 until April 2014 when she made some comments at me about never wanting to go out with me and things like that. And that hurt a lot so I stopped liking her. And we became even better friends this past year just because she kind of became more interested in becoming better friends. And so earlier this month I started liking her again, but this time it was like I fell for her hard. I can't stop thinking about her, and we text pretty often. She gave me a magical hug the other day, and it was great. And on Thursday she came to a 3 hour long choir concert that I invited her to (I was in it). I saw her today when I was helping some people mulch their yard, and she was there too. We ate lunch together with some other friends, and it was good. But she still kind of sends me mixed signals, and I don't think that she would ever like me. Well I do think its possible but I don't know. Should I just move on, or what should I do? Do you think that she likes me? Thanks for the advice.

Ask her out to a movie and dinner as friends and then ask for clarification regarding you sensing mixed signals from her.

Make it clear you guys are just hanging out, and withhold the revelation that you have a crush on her.

But ask if perhaps she was dropping hints or if you were misreading signals.

Depending on her answer you would either shyly but clearly suggest you'd be open to officially dating and then discussing ground rules about exclusivity or not OR she tells you it was all in your head and you keep the fact you have a intense crush on her to yourself.

If it's the latter, make it clear, to show the sense of relaxation of finally getting the answer of yes or no resolved.
