I guess it depend what you call "jacking off together". I know I have often been away camping and pretty much all the guys have jacked off last thing at night inside their sleeping bags. You could call that jacking off together, I guess, but it is more a case that we were just doing what we would be doing at home. We weren't really reacting but just figured we all do it so no point in trying too hard to hide it of forgoing it from ebarassment. There is a bit of a step from this to doing it out in the open.

On the other hand once you have you dick out, and other people can see it if they look, I certainly don't see any need to continue to wear other items of clothing.

As for it being right or wrong the only thing that really matters is that you are all happy about it. It isn't reasonable to make someone feel unformfortable by jacking in front of him when he isn't into it. If you are all into it then fine.
