God it's like the worst feeling though isn't it? Like I get friend zoning and that sucks too but there's still a possibility with that. This is like loving someone who will never in a million years love you back and it doesn't always feel like just a sexuality issue.

So you have a crush, and you should definitely take action like I did. Heck, do you know if they're 100% straight? Aside that, you should definitely ask 'em out. You never know! They just might say yes. :)

I personally don't believe the "friend zone" is even a real thing.
Aside from that, sometimes you just get unlucky. It is just a crush though and people are usually able to get over those feelings after a while. I hope you get through this smoothly :)

Having a straight crush is always the hardest thing because you know there is no chance of them ever feeling the same about you as you do about them. So, your options are 1) get over it and move on, 2) accept the fact that you can never have him be anything ore than a friend and go on with life as usual, 3) tell him how you feel at the risk of him rebuffing you or breaking your heart. Thats just my 2 cents worth. Good luck
