i made a doctors appointment for myself for something im embarrassed to tell my parents about. i can go in alone cause im 18 but they still need to pay for it cause i might need surgery what should i do

You're 18. So, unless you need surgery you won't have to tell them. However, in the event that you do have to have surgery, you'll just have to tell them whatever it is I suppose. That, or you could refuse the surgery which may or may not be terrible because I don't know what the problem actually is. That's okay though. Your last option would be to find some sort of alternate payment method which could be very difficult.
