Hi, I am rather asking for my little brother who is 14.
He had a bad balanitis for some 3 weeks a while ago that was hard to get under control. Now that it healed completely it turns out that the inflammation caused quite a bit of scar tissue around his foreskin's tip. So he cannot retract his foreskin at all when hard and hardly when soft.
He gets an ointment to soften the scar tissue but the doctor told him already that there are only little chances.
He might have to have a complete circumcision (partially would not work because it is mainly the inner foreskin) or a so called Triple incision.
Does anybody know how this looks like when healed?
You find a lot of information on the net about cirucmcision but only a little about the Triple incision that simply widens the foreskin surgically.
He does want to keep his foreskin so he is super curious about the alternative. Therefor all experiences are welcome you can share.
Circumcision or Triple incision pros and cons.
Thanks
