I do. And I think that feeling depends on many things ; for example , if you do it faster, or if you are really aroused it feels better ... (at least that's my opinion)

Well if Im gentle I sometimes take a while to orgasm (20 mins or more) but I can just keep going and going, kind of a nice way of spending an afternoon if theres nothing else happening. I just keep to soft, gentle strokes even when I go fast towards the end. But if I go too hard and rough from the start, after the first orgasm I definately need a break!!

Mine is pretty central to what I do. Her size is a bit larger than many girls I've seen, and she is quite sensitive. You may be putting too much pressure. Also, try touching the hood of the clitoris rather than the actual clitoris. It still stimulates you but is far less sensitive. I personally can not orgasm without clitoral stimulation. I can have up to 6 orgasms in one session with it though.
