View Full Version : Why do women get away with false rape accusations?

I was just curious ,Why do women get away with false rape accusations? Sometime women threaten to go public with false rape accusations to get "hush " money ( just more proof how greedy women really are) And yet are not punished, which encourages other women to pursue making false rape accusations for financial incentives.
These accusations can literally ruin an innocent man's career, reputation, and life for that matter. Even if the girl is exposed for the liar that she is, the man's career and reputation are stained forever regardless. Some women appear to be lacking in any conscience whatsoever.
The fact that false accusers get away scotch free is just unsettling. I don't believe someone who cries rape for vindictive/manipulative reasons should be allowed to just walk away, why doesn't anyone do anything about this?
I am not seeking to engage in a debate about the issue, just some general thoughts and if you think that women getting away with false accusations is right or wrong?
For example I have a read story of a guys ex-GF tring to get him back, when she failed to convince him to hook back up w/ her and dump his current GF, she got angry and simply said that he had raped her to get revenge on him.
My buddy ended up in prison for no reason for a while. His reputation is ruined now, perfectly honest guy. The girl received no punishment for perjury, she walked free. That is just wrong but because we have a double standard against women victimizing men wither it be through false rape accusations or women raping men( look at all of the perverted female/women school teachers that have been in the new the last year for raping boys yet they just receive a slap on the wrist! )

Woman do get prosecuted for making false allegations of rape.
I'm also more concerned about the shocking amount of people that get away with rape.

Yeah it is a problem.
But law makers and politicians are scared of "the chilling effect" of what clear chain is referring too.
Statistically a LOT MORE rapes and sexual assaults aren't even reported because the women feel they won't be believed.
Sadly rape is also one of those crimes that is not only self-cleaning of the evidence over time (the body heals), it makes a lot of women do the reactionary thing and take a bath or shower (because they feel unclean after rape) resulting in evidence lost.
I can't speak for your friend.
But for the cases of those female school teachers all have to register as sex offenders and all lost their jobs and I believe most of them went to prison if not all.

I personally know a guy in his 40s from work who spent 8 years in prison based solely on the word of his cunt of an ex-wife. they were having severe marital issues, and the (verbal) fights ended in the cunt calling the cops and stating that he was physically abusive to her and sexually abusing his young daughter. they took her at her word, and hauled him to jail. he is still a felon and not allowed to go within 100 yards of his ex and daughter, is not allowed to work in jobs involving any contact with children, and is listed on the sex offender registry. all that because she knew it was the only way she'd get full custody of their child (she was an alcoholic and recovering drug addict).
a fleshlight has never sounded like a better investment.

Yeah in my Da's work there's a woman giving everyone shit. But the minute you challenge her she's like 'Ooooh I've a set of tit's and a fanny you can't say anything to me' and starts going on about gender quality in the work place and all this shit. I'm telling you, woman are fucking crazy. I'm marrying my bike instead and getting a dog. The bike won't care if you ride another bike, and the dog won't care if you pet other dogs!!

Anyone who makes false claims of rape should be arrested. It's disgusting; it makes the person's (that they accused of rape) life hell and it also makes a mockery of others who have actually been raped.

Yeah I know of a case where my dad met someone who told him he also went through a legal nightmare just because he was accused of sexual assault.
He was in the role of stepdad, and his step daughter (his wife's daughter from her first marriage) was rebelling against the concept that she had to listen to the house rules he made. She was basically rebelling against the concept of authority given the family's structural change.
She basically called the cops on him, accused him of sexual assault stuff he didn't do, and because of all the required court appearances he had to do to defend himself, his time was split to the point where he lost his job because he was absent to much.
The desired effect was that he was forced away from his wife (the girl's mom).
Basically the daughter got what she wanted and ruined both the life of her mom and an innocent man.
Juries can be dumb and easily persuaded.

The problem is that feminists continuously push the claims that women are being raped all the time and that we're living in a "rape culture." Even though the claims are completely false and in reality men are raped as often as women are. The propaganda has been repeated so often that people just believe a woman when she says she's been raped.
They have made skepticism and doubt to be sexist. They constantly tell us how women's actions should be completely overlooked and that men are just waiting to rape. The media just runs with the hype as a way of attacking men.
I recommend this presentation for the facts about the rape culture myth:

Thank you for posting that. I find it interesting that in a lot of the responses people don't seem to have a issue with vindictive, manipulative women victimizing a man/boy or institution/company by making false claim of rape that typically utterly destroys the boys life or institution... typically for financial gain. That is an interesting/sad /pathetic insight into our social construct. Double standards defiantly, and on top of that women get away with raping a boy because society deems it every boys fantasy.
Again buying into the MYTH that all men are PIGS and deserve what they get and all women/girls are sugar and spice and everything nice. Nothing could be further from the truth!

This is ridiculous. I can't even believe I am reading this on here. For every one of these fake rape claims, there are countless real rapes that are never reported or prosecuted. People who make false accusations should a and usually are punished. You should be more upset about women who are bullied by the police and legal system into not pressing rape charges.

Obviously rape exists for real, no one is denying that. The claim that we live in a culture that glorifies rape and that rape is the normal way men behave, is just completely false. The more claims of rape are completely exaggerated, the more the real rapes will be met with skepticism. It's basically the old story of the boy who cried wolf....eventually people will stop believing women when they say they were raped, and then we are back to a world in which victims of rape stay silent.
We're also seeing that vindictive women are starting to use false rape accusations as a way of destroying an ex boyfriend or husband. It's like that girl who carried her mattress around to protest her rapist was outed as having made false claims. She wanted to seek revenge on a boy who didn't want to have anything to do with her. If a man can use his body to force a woman into sex and thus destroying her, a woman only has to use her words to accuse a man and ruin him. That's not justice.
What we need is a healthy dose of skepticism and a justice system based on a person being innocent until proven guilty with the burden of proof on the accuser.

Basically all of this. Aaaaalll of this. And what's even more worrying is there are some people actually pushing for burden of proof to not be required in order to obtain a conviction.

Thanks!
I lived in Salem Massachusetts for a long time. The town was made famous when some girls were accused of being witches back in the 1600's. The town was whipped into a hysteria and everyone started accusing girls of witchcraft. This is where Americans got the term "witch hunt" from. Basically the point is that if you take away any burden of proof then all you have to do is call someone a rapist and he gets destroyed. Think of all the abuse of power that is, if you have an ex boyfriend who broke your heart, a family member you don't like, a teacher who failed you, a coach who won't give you a good spot, a boss who won't give you a promotion, a dad who won't give you money, etc...you just have to call the cops and tell them he raped you with no proof.
It's just a situation that's completely full of potential abuse.

There seems to be no getting to you people. False rape accustations are few and far between all things considered. Also, only 2% of accused rapists are ever convicted. Thats sickeningly low. Stop blaming the victim. I get that some women have made false claims, but since when do we start saying that women are throwing around rape accustations. Im truly at a loss for words here.

^^^This.
To generalise women as "greedy" is ignorant, and objectively wrong.
We are talking about half of the population here, to generalise them all on that scale is ridiculous.
False-rape accusations are illegal here in the UK, as they should be. False accusations are terrible, but one is in a difficult situation when they are predisposed towards believing an accusation is false or not. And no, women do not get off scott-free, as it is a punishable offence.
When they do get off free, that is a very bad thing, and needs to change, however, statistically these cases are small compared to actual rape cases.

I don't feel that anyone is blaming the victim. it is just a topic of discussion and people are voicing their opinion/observations. Relax.

If anybody tries to rape me after I say "no" I'll feint it, like I'm going with it, suddenly if I get a chance I'm going to poke their eyes out and run or snap their neck if I can get in the right position.
Although I admit if I'm out numbered and over powered id probably give in.
I agree the law should be stricter on false reporting, but I'll concede there is a double standard to encourage women to be less shy on telling their being a victim of this publicly.
