Well how old are you? I would say you shouldnt have sex until you 18 [Edit: you said australia, im from US lived in aus for 3 yrs... Not sure though about legal stuff there], because of legal reasons, your still in school, and its not smart to have it before then, because... Ok just imagine yourself right now, or in a couple years waking up with a screaming crying baby? After 18 you are probably smart enough to decide when its ok, and to always use protection and such... If your asking this question i would say definitely too young.

I would wait until you think it's the time and that you're ready. So just take it slow and make sure to use a condom!

I kind of disagree, because thats like saying thats like saying: Start driving a car whenever you feel its ok... Just remember to wear your seatbelt. Except sex is more serious! Legal (age) issues, safety issues, responsibility issues

I think he was asking more about the legal age, rather than what age he personally should be having it. I think in most places, it's between 16 and 18. If you can't find out, wait until you're 18, just to be safe (no one wants to get in trouble for statutory rape). For sure though, as has been said, don't do it until you and your partner are ready, and unless you want kids and/or a lovely STD, use protection.

No that is not what I am saying. I'm saying is that when you are ready for sex, and I agree with Jessi that it's probably 16-18, you should have protection for you and your partner.
