Just be a decent, non-creepy guy and you're already ahead of the pack. Being true to who you are will make you stand out more than a muscular physique.

of course, both are aesthetically pleasing, but it really doesn't matter to me either way.
for personal preferences sake, though, i'd probably say arms because i love toned biceps. c:
