I have a niece who loves to sleep with her bra on and her boobs are not that big yet but she had a good reason. She didn't want to be saggy when she got older. I too started changing and now I sleep with my bra on most of the time it's a very soft bra no underwire but I got small boobs too so maybe that makes a difference. how many of you sleep with your bra on why or why not?

There's a lot of nonsense myths around breasts and bras. Some say wear them to stop sagging, others say wearing a bra all the time stops them growing bigger at night.

Nobody has ever shown any empirical evidence to support either claim, do what feels more comfortable to you and don't worry about superstition and rumours!

Agreed with Clara, there's no conclusive evidence that not wearing a bra causes boobs to sag later in life.
I hate wearing them in general and basically never have one on when I'm home, so to answer your question, no, I never wear one to bed. If I tried, I would never get a good nights sleep.

Hi Clara and taryn that's awesome and helps and I know I have small breasts too I wouldn't think I would have to worry about them sagging until I was older or something lol because before my niece said that I would go braless when I got home from school and slept without any bra on during the night I kind of liked it and it felt more comfortable so tonight the bra comes off yay

i have a bra on all the time, except when i'm changing or showering. i just like having the support and don't like my boobs all over the place. it's comfortable for me so i do it. you just do whatever feels most comfiest to you! c: it's not right or wrong either way.
however, it is a complete myth that wearing a bra to bed will stop your boobs from sagging. unless you get major plastic surgery (which you really shouldn't btw), your boobs will inevitably sag once you get older.

I had another reader echo the same thing and now I'm wearing my bra all the time extra for changing and shower of course. yeah I death I don't want my boobs to say or older but I guess they doin time and I have small boobs too. Now like with me I have very sensitive nipples so I was wearing a little extra padded bra but sometimes even a shelter that in my t-shirt so I do not know what to do with that situation. Except when they're constantly rubbing against my bra I hit of course excited and very horny and then that's okay now what do I do? Does that happen with you

According to your link, it deems it an impossibility. It does however state weight and breast size are under investigation. Bra wearing is not, as it has been ruled out.

Its original but it does not happen breast cancer usually runs from generation to generation in your family and is hereditary in most cases it could develop from other sources to but wearing your bra is not one of them. if it was you would find no girl wearing a bra ever again no matter the size of your boobs. you are totally right Clara
