Overreacting or that's it?

So, little background information (aka the story of my life lol):
On May 22nd, i met this amazing girl (let's call her Alexis). I went to eat lunch with my friend and sat down at a lunch table, where she was sitting, doing homework. Because I'm an exchange student, I have that slightly British accent, so when I started talking to my friend, she heard me and was all like "OMG THIS IS SO AWESOME!"
Fast forward to the next day, my host brother (a guy I live with for this school year) picks me up from school and tells me that "this girl you met in the library really liked you, etc."
Fast forward a couple more days, she comes up to me at lunch again, gives me her number and tells me to text her. After that, we started talking, and she started sitting with me @lunch. Every. Single. Day. And we texted. Every. Single. Day.
So we started going out together. I don't know if I consider those outings dates or not, because, in her own words, "most of my friends are guys", so I just thought, and started to think again, that those weren't dates, and she was just really friendly (and she really is friendly with everyone)... Until last Saturday.
So, fast forward to last Saturday! Haha. I go to her house, we watch a movie, and have our first kiss. Next day she was still happy, we texted a bit, but then Monday came.

We went to school earlier, because she needed some help with homework. I helped her (sort of), told her I'd see her at lunch. But she didn't come. And when i texted her asking if she's gonna come, she didn't respond.

Same thing on Tuesday. I text her, she responds, only 30 min after the lunch was over, saying "aw, sorry, had tutoring!", which is kinda bullcrap, because tutoring lasts 30 mins and our lunch is 1hr long. But I kinda get it, she's apparently very popular in school, so maybe she just wanted to hang out with some friends of hers. So then I was like "it's alright. Is everything ok?" and she said "I have my AP test tomorrow, so i've just been freaking out!". Then I asked her if it was English AP and she didn't respond to me after that.

Yesterday (Wednesday) was her birthday, so i wished her happy birthday at like 6am, wished her good luck on her AP exam which was on the same day, asked her if i'll see her tomorrow and told her i love her (+ this :* emoji (had to do it haha)). She responded with "thanks. :) I'm so happy your country has such cool dudes". Kind of an emotionless response, considering she responded to her friends on twitter with "aww thanks! Love you so much, Jake!!", don't you think. But nevermind that. After that message, I asked her how her test went, but she didn't respond after that.

I mean I realise she was stressed out and everything, but now she's got nothing to worry about, and she just disappeared after Monday! (Before that, we had at least a short convo every day).

SO, questions is this: did she get bored of me so suddenly? Did she realise she made a mistake with that Saturday kiss and just decided to break things off immediately (cause i mean i guess she's my girlfriend, right?)? Should I even bother texting her tomorrow, asking if she's gonna come to eat lunch with me? I'm so confused, she just changed so quickly, in less than three hours, from being the most amazing person in the world, to pretty much ignoring me...

Hi Matt!
The first thing I have to say is that a kiss doesn't automatically make you two boyfriend and girlfriend. It takes more than that. :)

A thing to consider is that when we don't know the whole thing, we tend to fill in the gaps with our own thoughts, and that sometimes betrays us. So, my first advice is for you to be rational and don't overreact over something that could be nothing.
Another thing you have to consider (this if you are right and she really is cutting off ties with you) is that most of the time people don't even understand their own feelings. Maybe she's scared, maybe she has other things on her plate right now, maybe she did lose interest in you. Who knows? Maybe she really is just busy!

So, what I advise you to do is to keep talking to her, now that the exam is over. Don't be pushy, just ask her to have lunch with you and see where it goes from there. If she really does ignore you and doesn't even make an effort to try and be with you, you should consider getting over her.
Now, don't read too much into whatever she says, that's the most important thing!
