Most of the time I wear compression shorts (under armour or nike) as underwear. I have some regular boxerbriefs and boxers but they bunch up and cause wedgies too often. This never happens with compression shorts. I have about ten pairs in all different colors. I get them in large, which I normally wear medium pants. That way they aren't super tight, they just fit to me. They stretch and move when I move. Plus the waistband, when seen above my jeans or shorts, is hot (so I hear from some girls).
I even wear them at home by themselves. My mom has told me many times that they are a base layer, meaning something goes over them! We agreed that I can wear them at home by themselves but not out or when people are over. She also thinks I sleep in them cause they aren't on the floor with my other clothes when I go to bed. Actually I sleep naked and my compression shorts are tucked in my pillowcase! (ha)
