recently i have change into a really touchy feely type of guy like i kiss and hug all my friends and always touch people at school could this be connect to puberty? and does this make me weird?

Yes, I think it can be related to puberty, due to the hormones and big changes you go through, in every level.
If it makes you weird or not, it depends on the point of view. If someone's not used to it, they may find it weird. I, for instance, do not! Actually, I do the same!

No worries. I was just offering my advice because I do like to go up and hug people without notice myself and not everyone is okay with that so. It's ok. :)

I know an older cousin of mine..He got a steady GF but I think he is bi..He always make it a point to feel me when he hugs me...(each time we meet and depart). His hands would pass over my butt and he lets his hand slightly inside my tee to press on my bear back and love handle area!!!..
This is embarrasing cos the ppl behind can see my back and top of my undies too...Besides he is very big made + tall compared to skinny me and he almost lifts me off the ground each time he hugs..
