My situation

So recently I've started to like this girl. We've been friends for over a year and a half now and she's one of my best friends, and I'm one of hers.

I think she might like me too but it's really hard to tell. I've been talking to some people about it and even talked to my brother about it, who him as well as some others say I should just tell her how I feel.

I would really want to talk to her about how I feel and tell her about some of my concerns about our potential relationship, I just don't really know how.

One big thing is that I really don't want to lose her as a friend. I know it's possible to continue a friendship with your ex, but it's still a worry.

I also don't know if we should just stay friends or not. I would love to do more with her, but idk if being together is for us.

Also, lately I've been kind of questioning it a lot. I fricking love the thought of her, but whenever we actually talk I get a bit, disappointed? I don't know but sometimes we just don't really click, but occasionally we will.

We text each other quite a bit, a lot of the time it's her texting first, and I give her good morning texts every now and then.

What do you think I should do? Thanks :)

Frankly, I think that if you're not very comfortable with your feelings for her, if you don't really click sometimes, then you shouldn't give it a go. I say that because if you do get together and then the times you don't click start overpowering the ones in which you do, it can harm your relationship... and since you said you didn't want to lose her as a friend, I wouldn't risk it!
You should analyze your feelings more thoroughly before making a decision. Best of luck!
