It happens. Most of the times its when I neglect "Alone time" for a day or two and wake up like that. Best thing to do is to just give yourself a quickie and finish before you go to sleep if you can as to prevent that from happening more often. If not its no big deal...alot of girls will wake up, take care of it and then go back to bed. :)

I try and take care of it while in the shower in hopes that it doesn't wake my up,but it still happens all the time. Its totally normal as your body never stops even during sleep time. I usually wake up and take care of businesses shower and go back to sleep.
