I'm looking for some exercises I can do in the morning to try and get back to losing weight. I rowed when I was in high school, but now that I graduated, I can't do that anymore (too expensive for me to get my own boat). so far, I'm doing lunges, crunches, and pushups every morning, along with using a push mower to cut the lawn once a week or so. I'm not looking to get ripped or become the hulk. I just want to lose a bit of weight so I don't have to replace half of my wardrobe

Well in order to lose weight, you need to start eating healthy, if you aren't already doing so. Your current excersizes are really good ideas. Pretty much do anything that can work your muscles. If you cant feel the burn, you wont build muscle.

As Nights said it; 70% of weight loss is dependent on what you eat and 30% is working out, so without a well balanced diet, excercise won't do much.
I suggest doing long walks and runs/jogs, and try these as well: http://www.prevention.com/food/cook/healthy-recipes-runners-world-cookbook

In addition to what has already been said, you should do at least 20-30 minutes of cardio ~5 days per week. You don't need to run every day, but if you get on a schedule like that it will greatly help your weight loss efforts. Eating healthy is also extremely important as others have mentioned.
